涂布法生产苹果育果袋外袋纸——涂料原料选择

The Production of Fruit-bagged Paper-Coating Material Selection

目前苹果育果袋外袋纸内面呈黑色是经过碳黑浆内染色而成,在生产过程中会产生很多问题,为了更好地解决这些问题,提出将碳黑制成涂料,通过涂布赋予育果袋纸遮光性能。根据涂料制备过程中应注意的三个问题,确定了涂料中颜料、胶黏剂和助剂的选用。

At present, the inner of the fruit-bagged paper is black, which is because carbon black is tu- ner dyeing; however there are many problems in the process of the production. Therefore in order to solve the problems, the carbon black was made to coatings, and the fruit-bagged paper was given shading performance through coating. According to the three problems that should be paid attention in the preparation of coatings, the selection of paints, adhesives and additives were determined.
