摘要
针对我国知识产权局专利数据库(SIPO)中专利文件的特征,本文突破了以往以专利的简单指标为对象的专利计量理念,构建了多视角(发明人、专利权人、分类号、研究主题等)多层次(宏观、中观和微观)的专利计量系统,并就该系统所涉及的五大流程两个主要功能模块作了详细的描述。之后,以SIP0中主分类号为“H04J”的多路复用通信作为研究对象,进行了实证分析。结果表明,该方法不仅有效实用,而且可以发现研究对象一些独特的知识特征。
Based on the structural characteristics in the patent document in State Intellectual Property Office of the People' s Republic of China, the paper designed a patentometrics' system, whose design philosophy was different from the common patentometrics with the indicators in the basis of patent data. The system was implemented from kinds of perspectives (inventor, patentee, class code, research subject and so on) in macro level, in meso level and in micro level. Especially, the paper described the five technological processes, including two main functional modules. Then taken the inventors in field of Multiplexer Communication as example, the paper made an empirical analysis to show its effectiveness. Furthermore, specific knowledge features had been revealed.
