摘要
以石油管螺纹量规校准控制程序为研究对象,PMM 12106三坐标测量机作为参考,重点分析了控制程序中的测量参数控制程序和测量路线控制程序。并通过实验的方式对测量位置、测头移动速度、探测速度、逼近距离和测量路线进行了论证,达到控制程序最佳效果的实现,进而保证校准数据的准确性与可靠性。
Based on the working principle of coordinate measuring machine calibration thread gauge, using PMM 12106 CMM thread gauge calibration as references focuses on how to set the measuring parameters and measuring routes in the control. In order to obtain the optimized control program, the measuring position, probe speed, detection rate, distance and measurement routes were analyzed through experiments, and this ensures the accuracy and reliability of the calibration data.
