硒多糖药理活性研究进展

A Study on Process of Pharmacology of Selenium Polysaccharide

硒多糖为一种新型的有机硒化合物,是多糖的硒化产物,硒多糖既可有效避免补充无机硒所引起的毒性,又保留了多糖的药理活性,兼具硒与多糖二者的活性,越来越受到人们的关注。硒多糖具有抗肿瘤、抗氧化、提升机体免疫力、拮抗重金属蓄积、抗病毒等多种药理活性,目前,已经广泛应用于临床治疗。本文就硒多糖药理活性进行了综述。

Selenium polysaccharide,as a new organic selenium compound,is a product of selenium and polysaccharide.Supplement of selenium polysaccharide not only can effectively avoid the toxicity caused by inorganic selenium,but also retains the pharmacological activity of polysaccharide.More and more attention is paid to selenium polysaccharide because of its effectiveness in anti-tumor,anti-oxidation,immunity enhancement,antagonizing the accumulation of heavy metals,anti-virus and other pharmacological effects.It has been used in clinical treatment widely.The pharmacological activity of selenium polysaccharide is given a clear illustration.
