摘要
通过对北京联合大学1 151名中青年教师进行问卷调查数据的整理和统计,学校中青年教师在生活、工作、学习等方面呈现出需要我们特别关注和解决的问题:职称偏低、住房紧张、教学工作量过多、在职学习机制不健全等问题,造成教师幸福指数不高,压力过大。在调查和分析学校中青年教师职业生涯发展情况的基础上,通过思想工作和心理疏导,提高他们的承受能力、工作积极性和幸福指数;研究和建立促进中青年教师专业化发展的在职学习进修模式,并给予规划指导,在政策和制度上为中青年教师专业化成长提供保障。
The statistics from the survey of the 1151 young and middle-aged teachers suggest that the life,work and study status quo of young and middle-aged teachers requires particular concern and problems,such as low professional titles,insufficient housing,overloaded teaching hours,inadequate in-service learning opportunities,etc.,have led to low happiness index and too much pressure and thus should be attended.Based on the survey,counseling and psychological help should be given in order to enhance their stress resistance capacity,working enthusiasm and happiness index,and in-service training model should be planned and established.Young and middle-aged teachers' professional development should be guaranteed by policy and system.
