摘要
介绍了抗旱系数、敏感指数、干旱伤害指数、抗旱指数和模糊隶属函数值等评价指标及方法,鉴定和综合评价了甘蓝型油菜与蔊菜远缘杂交后代的抗旱性,其中抗旱系数是评价远缘杂交后代实际抗旱能力最典型、最简便、最有效的方法之一;单株有效角果数、千粒重、单株生产力的抗旱性是决定后代抗旱能力的主要因素;大部分杂交后代在干旱条件下,群体抗旱性明显增强;甘蓝型油菜与蔊菜杂交后,蔊菜抗旱性状的转育可能有利于增强后代群体的抗旱性。
This paper introduced the drought -resistant coefficient, sensitive index, drought damage coefficient, drought -resistant index and fuzzy membership function value, and identified and comprehensively evaluated the drought resistance of the distant filial generation between Brassica napus L. and Rorippa india. The results showed that drought - resistant coefficient was one of the most typical, convenient and efficient methods for evaluating the practical drought resistance of distant hybrid progeny. The drought resist- ance of the hybrid progeny was decided mainly by the number of effective pods per plant, weight of 1000 seeds and yield per plant. In drought treatments, the pepulation drought resistance of most hybrid progenies was much stronger than that of their parents. After the hybridization between Brassica napus and Rorippa india, the transformation of the drought - resistant traits in Rorippa india was possibly beneficial to the strengthening of drought resistance of the hybrid progeny populations.
