福建省新农村科技服务创新体系模式构建及对策措施

Construction and Measures of New Rural Science and Technology Service Innovation System Mode in Fujian Province

剖析了农村科技服务体系的结构特征,并以此为依据对福建省现有农村科技服务模式及存在不足进行总结,同时提出了福建省新农村科技服务创新体系基本特征和构建原则,并创新设计了新农村科技服务创新体系的总体框架,最后为有效地构建新型发展模式提出了相应的对策建议。

The structural characteristics of rural science and technology service system were analyzed, and on this basis, the existing rural science and technology service modes in Fajian province and their shortages were summarized. Meanwhile, this article put forward the essential characteristics and construction principles of new rural science and technology service innovation system in Fujian province, creatively designed the general framework of this system, and finally brought forward the relevant countermeasures and suggestions on the effective construction of this new development mode.
