Several Thoughts about Enhancing Quality Management of Postgraduate Education

根据从事研究生教育管理工作的经验,并结合工作实践,提出了针对高校研究生培养质量管理必须紧密结合社会发展的需要和高校实际,坚持科学发展,不断完善研究生培养机制,切实加强研究生导师队伍建设,逐步推进研究生教育管理体制改革,提高研究生教育管理水平等看法。

On the basis of the experience and practice in the management work of the postgraduate education, the author put for-ward that the enhancement for quality management of the postgraduate education should be combined with the social demand ancl the reality of the colleges. Furthermore, the colleges should stick to scientific development, continuously improve the mechanism of the postgraduate education, reinforce the construction of the team of the instructors, gradually promote the reformation of postgraduate education management system, and raise the management level of the postgraduate education.
