摘要
在对广东省独立学院的人力资源开发与管理进行全面调研的基础上,抽取有代表性的8所独立学院作为实证研究对象,以多元统计分析原理为依据,运用主成分分析对独立学院的人力资源开发与管理制度和状况进行综合评价,为独立学院不断加强与改善人力资源开发与管理提供测评工具与现实依据。
Based on the overall survey of the independent colleges in Guangdong Province, taking 8 of them as representative cases, we comprehensively appraise the human resource development and management systems and conditions by multiple statistical analysis principle and main composition analysis in order to provide scientific assessment and tools for strengthening and improving human resource development and management.
