摘要
采用非参数的Malmquist生产率方法把技术进步分解为科技进步、纯技术效率和规模效率3部分,然后采用面板数据模型测算这3部分对农村能源效率的作用。研究结果表明:技术进步对农村地区能源效率的提高具有明显的促进作用,技术效率的贡献度最大,科技进步次之;科技进步与技术效率对农村能源效率的促进作用受地区经济发展水平和社会环境等因素的影响。
By adopting non-parametric Malmquist productivity method, this paper divided technical progress into three parts as advance of science and technology, pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency, and then used panel data model to measure the effect of them on rural energy efficiency. It can be concluded that technical progress significantly promoted the increase of rural energy efficiency, the greatest contribution was from technical efficiency, the second was from the advance of science and technology. The extent that science and technology progress and technical efficiency promote rural energy efficiency might be affected by many factors, such as the level of regional economic development, social environment and so on.
