微波技术在肺脏组织整块染色切片技术中的应用

Application of Microwave Technique in Section of Lung Organization Block Staining

目的:探讨更好地显示肺脏结构的HE整块染色切片方法,提高制片效率。方法:对照组用常规HE整块染色切片法显示肺脏结构,实验组在常规HE整块染色切片过程中,应用微波处理,并与对照组比较。结果:实验组肺脏细胞显示效果良好,微波辐射明显促进了组织块染色,制片时间缩短。结论:使用微波辐射促进肺脏组织HE染色是显示肺脏结构的良好方法,且简便可行。

Objective：To implore the HE organization block staining method for better and faster displaying the lung structures.Methods：Two staining methods were used to stain lung organization block respectively,and the preparation methods and the staining effects of two staining methods were evaluated.Results：The lung cells were demonstrated with good effect.The microwave radiation promoted the organization block staining obviously.The preparation times were shorted obviously.Conclusion：Microwave radiation could promote HE staining effect of lung organization.It was a simple and feasible method to display lung structures well.
