摘要
采用加性-显性遗传模型(AD),对新质源杂交稻(CMS-FA)遗传系统的10个亲本和25个杂种一代的谷粒性状进行遗传分析。结果表明,新质源杂交稻的千粒重和粒长的遗传主要受加性效应控制,它们的狭义遗传率较大且均达极显著水平,在早代对这2性状进行选择可达到较好的效果,而粒宽、长宽比各项遗传方差分量均不显著。亲本加性遗传效应预测值表明,金恢3号是改良水稻谷粒性状的优良亲本,其能显著的提高千粒重、增加粒长和长宽比。杂交组合显性效应在千粒重性状上有较大的差异,而在粒长、粒宽和长宽比性状上差异较小。
Genetic effects for grain traits of CMS-FA hybrid rice, which contained 10 parents and 25 F] hybrids, were analyzed by the additive-dominant model ( AD ) . The results showed that 1000-grain-weight and grain length of CMS-FA hybrid rice were mainly controlled by additive effects and their narrow heritabilities were relatively high tat very significant level, so it was better to choose the two traits in the early generations, while the genetic variances of grain width and ratio of length to width were not ideal. The parents' predictive value of the additive effects indicated that Jinhui 3 was a good parent which could largely increase grain weight, grain length and the ratio of length to width. The dominant effects of the hybrids had larger differences in 1000-grain-weight while the slight differences were ob- served only in grain length, grain width and the ratio of the length to width.
