摘要 以八甲基环四硅氧烷(D4)、氨基硅烷偶联剂(YDH-602)及六甲基二硅氧烷(MM)为原料,以二甲基亚砜(DMSO)为促进剂,在KOH催化下,采用本体聚合法合成低粘度氨基硅油.通过IR和1HNMR对其进行结构表征;并选择壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚作为复合乳化剂,将氨基硅油乳化成微乳液,研究复合乳化剂的配比和用量、助乳化剂的选择与用量、氨基硅油的含量对氨基硅油微乳化的影响,从而确定乳化的最佳工艺为:OP-4和AEO-9为复合乳化剂,mOP-4:mAEO-9=1∶1,其用量为氨基硅油质量的42%,乙二醇单丁醚为助乳化剂,其用量为氨基硅油质量的6%,形成氨基硅油质量分数为5%~15%、透明清晰且粒径小于50nm的氨基硅油微乳液. By using KOH as catalyst and DMSO as accelerating agent, amino silicone (PDMS) with lower viscosity is prepared via bulk polymerization with octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane (D4), N-/3-aminoethyl-Y-aminopropyl methyl dimethoxysiloxane (YDH-602) and hexamethyldisiloxane (MM) as raw materials, whose chemical structure is characterized via IR and 1HNMR. With OP-4 (alkyl phenol ethoxylates) and AEO-9 (polyoxyethylene ether) as emulsifier, amino silicone can be made into micro-emulsion, and some relevant factors of microemulsification such as the ratio and amount of emulsifiers, selection and concentration of emulsifier assistant, content of amino silicone are investigated. Then the optimum conditions for the emulsification are obtained and under the conditions clear and transparent micro-emulsion with particle size less than 50 nm is acquired: The ratio of compound emulsifier OP-4 and AEO-9 is fixed at 1:1, whose amount is 42% of amino silicone oil, the amount of 2-butaxyethanol selected as emulsifier assistant is 6% of amino silicone oil, then the content of amino-silicone oil is 5%-15%.
