Value framework of two-stage supply chain with stochastic demand

摘要 探讨随机需求下两阶段供应链价值的构成.建立两阶段供应链的博弈模型,导出供应链最优收益的计算公式;提出供应链的保留价值、剩余价值概念及其测算方法,并就所给模型剖析了供应链中顾客资产的增值.通过实证研究,从供应链的最大收益出发估计供应链的各种价值成分,为供应链管理指明改进的方向. The value framework is discussed about the two-stage supply chain with stochastic demand. The game model of the two-stage supply chain is established and the calculating equation of the supply chain's optimum profit is deduced. The concept and measure method are put forward about the retain value and surplus value with supply chain. And the rise in value for the customer equity of supply chain is analyzed according to the supply chain model. Based on the optimal return of supply chain, the various value component of supply chain is estimated by practicing application so as to indicate the improving direction of supply chain management.
