Analysis of Failure Syngas Transfer Diesel of 9E Gas Turbine

本文通过分析9E燃气轮机跳机参数曲线图,找到导致燃气轮机跳机的故障设备是柴油分配器,并对它的故障原因进行根源性分析,找到导致设备故障发生的根本原因。根据分析结果,提出相应的整改措施,从而解决了燃气轮机合成气切换柴油失败的故障。本文对类似机组轻油系统配套设计具有参考价值。

By analyzing the graphs of 9E gas turbine trip parameters in this article,we found that the liquid fuel flow divider failure caused the turbine trip,made a root-cause analysis for the divider,and found the root cause of the failure equipment.According to the results of analysis,we proposed appropriate measures,in order to solve the fault of turbine syngas transfer diesel failed.This article on a similar turbine of light oil system supporting design had great reference value.
