钢—泡沫结构的耐撞性能研究

摘要 运用MSC.Dytran有限元数值仿真软件,研究比较钢—泡沫板与普通钢板在外载荷冲击作用下的力学性能,分析它们的碰撞力和能量吸收等特性。通过改变泡沫厚度研究整体结构的耐撞性,为基于钢—泡沫结构的船体耐撞结构设计提供研究基础。 By using MSC.Dytran finite element numerical simulation technology,mechanical characteristics of ordinary steel plate and steel-foam plate on impact are studied and compared,the impact forces and energy absorption characteristics are analyzed.The crashworthiness of the overall structure is studied versus foam thickness.This study has set up the strating point for design of steel-foam based ship hull crashworthy structure.
