4种养殖鱼类溶菌酶活性比较研究 被引量:5

摘要 测定了澳洲银鲈、鲫鱼、黄颡和黄鳝不同组织的溶菌酶活性并用SPSS统计软件对实验数据进行统计分析,结果表明:有鳞澳洲银鲈和鲫不同组织溶菌酶活性的大小次序均为:肾脏>血清>肠粘膜>脾脏>鳃,除血清和肠粘膜间外,其余组织间皆差异显著(P<0.05),且肾脏远远高于其它组织,与其它组织间差异极显著(P<0.01);无鳞黄颡和黄鳝组织中溶菌酶活性的大小次序均为:肾脏>脾脏>肠粘膜>血清>鳃>体表黏液,不仅肾脏里的溶菌酶活性极显著地高于其它组织(P<0.01),脾脏里的溶菌酶活性也显著地高于肠粘膜、血清和鳃(P<0.05),但体表粘液里几乎检测不到溶菌酶活性。比较不同鱼类中相同组织溶菌酶活性得到,无鳞的黄鳝和黄颡鱼溶菌酶活性在所检测的组织中均接近或显著地高于有鳞的鲫鱼和澳洲银鲈(P<0.05),但鲫鱼和澳洲银鲈间除肾脏外,其它组织间差异不显著(P>0.05)。 The lysozyme activities in the different tissues of Australia silver perch(Bidyanus bidyanus),crucian carp(Carassius auratus),spotted maigre and finless fish(Monopterus albus) were tested,the experimental data was analyzed by SPSS(statistic Software).The results showed that the order of lysozyme activities in the different tissues of Australia silver perch and crucian carp with scales was kidney serum intestinal mucosa spleen gill,and the lysozyme activities in kidneys was extremely significantly higher than the other tissues(P0.01),and there were significant difference among the other tissues(P0.05) except between serum and intestinal mucosa;the order of lysozyme activities in the different tissues of spotted maigre and finless fish without scales was kidney spleen intestinal mucosa serum gillskin slime,and the lysozyme activities in spleen was significantly higher than that in intestinal mucosa,serum and gill(P0.05).Furthermore,that in kidneys was also extremely significantly higher than the other tissues(P0.01),but that in skin slime was hardly detected.Compared the lysozyme activities of the same tissues in the different experimental fishes,the lysozyme activities in all tested tissues of spotted maigre and finless fish without scales were either approach to or significant higher than that of Australia silver perch and crucian carp with scales(P0.05),while except kidney,the difference of lysozyme activities among the other tissues of Australia silver perch and crucian carp was not significant(P0.05).
