摘要
介绍了一种基于Atmega128微控制器的芯片级PCR仪温度控制系统设计方案.系统由Atmega128微控制系统、蛇形铜网温度传感器、温度检测模块、半导体制冷片及其驱动模块,键盘及显示模块等组成.系统工作时,只需设置PCR循环次数及PCR反应温度,即可快速按要求实现PCR功能.实验结果表明:该系统具有控温精度高、PCR循环速度快、结构设计新颖,且操作简便.
A design scheme of chip PCR device temperature control system based on Atmega128 microcontroller control is presented.The system is made up of the microcontroller system based on Atmega128,the snake-like copper network temperature sensor,the temperature detection module,the semiconductor chip and the drive cooling module,keyboard display module and other components.When the system is at work,we only need to set the number of PCR cycles and the reaction temperature of PCR,and it can quickly achieve the required functionality.The experimental results show that the system has high precision temperature control,PCR cycling speed,novel structure design,and easy operate.
