摘要
分析了通信中分布反馈式半导体激光器和电吸收调制器集成理论,对其特点进行理论分析.在此基础上设计了一种由两者构成的串联级系统,并对该系统下所产生的短光脉冲信号的特性进行实验分析,得出该方案下所获得的通信源具有优异性能的结论.
The integrated theory of distributed feelback semiconluctor laser and electrical absorption modulator is analyzed.A series system made up of the two is designed.The characteristics of the short pulse signal produced under this system are analyzed.The conclusion is that the communication source under this scheme has excellent performance.
