摘要
采用肾上腺素(Adr)致大鼠气滞血瘀模型和大鼠肠系膜微循环障碍模型来研究川芎提取物的活血化瘀作用.结果发现,川芎提取物能改善气滞血瘀模型大鼠部分血液流变学指标,改善肾上腺素致大鼠肠系膜微循环障碍,川芎提取物具有活血化瘀的作用.
Blood stasis rats model by Adr and mesenteric microcirculation disturbance model were used for the study of Chuanxiong extractive promoting blood flow.The results shows that the extractive of chuanxiong can improve the hemorrheological indexes of the blood stasis rats and improve mesenteric microcirculation disturbance induced by adnephrin.The extractive of chuanxiong has biological activities of promoting blood flow and removing blood stasis.
