摘要
通过比较不同呼吸频率对武术套路运动员的干预效果,以测定一个能够对HRV和情绪状态均产生积极作用的呼吸频率范围,从而为运动员的心理生理状态调节提供实证研究依据。
Through the analysis of differences of breathing rate that influence Wushu athletes, this experiment try to identify the breathing frequency range which can produce positive role for HRV and emotional state of athletes, so as to provide a basis of empirical research for the regulation of psychological and physiological state of athletes.
