影响中国地鼠主要繁殖性状的非遗传因素研究

Analysis of non-genetic influential factors for the reproduction traits of Shanyi colony inbred strain of Chinese hamster

目的探讨影响中国地鼠的主要繁殖性状的非遗传因素。方法对2001-2010年的中国地鼠山医群体生产繁育数据库中的数据采用方差分析方法,利用SAS软件进行处理。结果出生年份和胎次对产仔数的影响有统计学意义(P<0.01),而其他固定效应对产仔数的影响均无统计学意义;胎次对离乳数的影响有统计学意义(P<0.01),而其他固定效应对离乳数的影响均无统计学意义。结论出生年份和胎次对中国地鼠的主要繁殖性状影响较为明显,为改善中国地鼠山医群体繁殖状况提供一定的依据。

Objective To explore the non-genetic influential factors of the reproduction traits of Shanyi colony inbred strain of Chinese hamster.Methods The reproduction data of Shanyi colony inbred strain of Chinese hamster in 2001-2010 were assessed by analysis of variance（ANOVA）.Results The year of birth and the fetal times had statistically significant influence on litter size（P〈0.01）,and other 4 fixed influence had no significant influence on litter size.The fetal times had statistical influence on weaning numbers（P〈0.01）.Conclusion The study may provide some foundations to improve the reproduction status of Chinese hamster.
