Cyclin D1和Survivin蛋白在甲状腺乳头状癌中的表达及意义

Expression of Cyclin D1 and Survivin protein in papillary thyroid carcinoma and its clinical significance

目的探讨Cyclin D1和Survivin蛋白在甲状腺乳头状癌中的表达情况,并分析二者在甲状腺乳头状癌发生发展中的作用。方法选择39例手术后单侧发生甲状腺乳头状癌的石蜡标本及相应对侧正常组织,应用免疫组织化学EnVision法检测Cyclin D1和Survivin蛋白在组织中的表达,结合临床病理资料进行统计分析。结果 Cyclin D1蛋白在甲状腺乳头状癌中的阳性表达率为71.8%,正常组织中阳性率为7.7%,二者间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Survivin蛋白在甲状腺乳头状癌中的阳性表达率为59.0%,正常组织中阳性率为2.5%,二者间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Cyclin D1和Survivin蛋白表达与患者年龄、性别、病灶部位无关(P>0.05),与淋巴结有无转移及病理分期有关(P<0.05)。Cyclin D1和Survivin蛋白在甲状腺乳头状癌中的阳性表达存在显著相关性(r=0.404,P<0.05)。结论 Cyclin D1和Survivin蛋白表达增高与甲状腺乳头状癌的发生发展密切相关,并且可能有一定的相互促进作用,二者联合表达与患者的预后相关。

Objective To investigate the expression of Cyclin D1 and Survivin protein in papillary thyroid carcinoma,and to explore its role in the development of papillary thyroid carcinoma.Methods The expression of Cyclin D1 and Survivin protein was detected in 39 cases of papillary thyroid cancer and the normal tissues of the corresponding opposite side,and its relationships with clinicopathological features were analyzed.Results The positive rate of Cyclin D1 expression was 71.8% in papillary thyroid cancer and 7.7% in the normal tissues,and there was significant difference between two groups（P〈0.05）.The positive rate of Survivin expression was significantly higher in papillary thyroid cancer than that in normal tissues（59.0% vs 2.5%,P〈0.05）.The expression of Cyclin D1 and Survivin was positively related with lymphatic metastasis and pathological staging（P〈0.05）,but not related with age,gender and lesion sites of patients（P〉0.05）.The expression of Cyclin D1 and Survivin was positively correlated in papillary thyroid cancer（r=0.404,P〈0.05）.Conclusion The Cyclin D1 and Survivin may play important promoting roles in oncogenesis and progression of papillary thyroid cancer,and their co-expression may be related with the prognosis of patients.
