摘要
二战之后,西德工会提出了以劳资共决制为核心的经济民主化政策。由于工人阶级地位的提高和西德其它各界的广泛认同,一战前未能真正得到贯彻的劳资共决制终于在联邦德国逐步建立并完善起来。联邦德国的劳资共决制包括企业代表会制、监事会劳资共决制和劳工经理制等内容。这一制度有利于联邦德国的社会稳定,并可为我国劳资关系调整提供一些经验。
The trade union of West Germany put forward economy democratization policy centralized by co- determination system after the World War II. The co - determination system between employees and era' ployers, which was failure to realize before the World War I, was set up and improved in BRD since the power of working class was strengthened and it was recognized and supported by other social blocs. The modern co--determination system in BRD, including business representatives meeting system ,the board of supervisors labor codetermination system and labor management system, is not only beneficial to stability of German society, but also can offer valuable experiences for our country.
