唐朝后期颍州隶属变动及其对政局的影响

Change of Yingzhou Subjection and Its Effect on Political Situation in Later Period of Tang Dynasty

唐代后期,颍州先后隶河南、陈郑、淮西、泽潞、泾原、永平、宣武、义成诸方镇。颍州隶属如此多变,因其地处战略交通要冲,为唐朝廷和方镇瞩目并争相控制。颍州位于淮颍(蔡)漕运线,而淮颍漕运是汴河漕运的主要补充。朝廷通过调整颍州的隶属,既能保证财物的南北调运,又能遏制宣武悍镇,确保中原方镇的相对稳定,并对时局稳定和经济发展均起了重要作用。

In the later period of the Tang Dynasty, Yingzhou belonged to Henan, Chenzhen, Huaixi, Zelu, Jingyuan, Yongping, Xuanwu, Yicheng and so on. Yingzhou＇s subjection is so active because it was a very important strategic place in traffic, focused and controlled by the Tang court and Fangzhen. Yingzhou was located in transport line of Huaicao stream, which was an important complement to Bian River. An that time, through adjusting Yingzhou^s subjection, the Tang court could not only guarantee property was allo- cated, but also hold back military governorship, thus ensuring relative stability of the situation and the eco- nomic development an that time.
