摘要
以一座深水半潜钻井平台为对象,研究其动力定位系统的定位能力。依据API规范对动力定位能力的分析方法和要求,对半潜平台动力定位系统进行环境载荷的计算与分析,建立了动力定位系统的分析模型,编制了动力定位能力计算程序,针对平台推力系统的完整模式和各种失效模式,计算并绘制了平台在作业工况和待机工况下动力定位能力曲线和静态功率消耗曲线。计算结果表明,该平台的动力定位系统能够满足DP-3级别要求,能保证半潜钻井平台在设计海况下正常作业。
In this paper a deepwater semisubmersible drilling platform is taken as the research object. The DP capability analysis is studied. Based on API the external loads on the platform due to wind, current and wave are calculated and analyzed. According to the methods which are recommended by classification societies, a program has been developed to calculate the DP capability polar plots of the platform under design condition. The DP capability analysis includes intact mode and all failure modes of DP system to verify the security and reliability of the DP system. The results of simulations proved that the DP system works well, and has a good security and economic performance.
