船舶永磁同步电机网络控制延时的节能研究

摘要 以"中铁渤海轮渡"的永磁同步电机(Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor,PMSM)应用的直接转矩控制(Direct Torque Control,DTC)-空间矢量脉宽调制(Space Vector Pulse Width Modulation,SVPWM)系统为研究对象,设计了一个网络控制系统(Network Control System,NCS)的量化器;根据NCS的数据传输特性,推导出由传感器的数据传输延时导致的发电机组功率额外输出的延时-功率关联公式,分析了NCS中网络延时与发电机组额外输出功率之间的定量关系,并使用VS.NET编写程序进行数值仿真。仿真结果证明了网络延时可增加额外功率消耗;同时说明了:减少NCS的网络延时,对电力推进船舶节约能源消耗具有重要意义。 ANCS (Network Control System) quantizer is designed with respect to DTC-SVPWM (Darect lorque Control- Space Vector Pulse Width Modulation) of PMSM (Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor) equipped on "china railway Bohai ferry". Based on the property of data transportation in NCS, time delay-power correlated equation is derived to quantify the relationship between time-delay and generators extra power output. Numerical simulation is carried out with VS.NET program. Simulation result indicates that it is significant for electrical propulsion ship to save energy by reducing network time-delay.
