摘要
我国正处于由船舶工业大国向船舶工业强国转变的关键时期,造船业的竞争日益加剧,降本增效已成为目前船舶工业企业发展的最重要战略。长三角作为我国船舶工业的最重要基地,提升其船舶工业效率具有重要的战略意义。该文通过数据包络分析法对长三角船舶工业的技术效率、纯技术效率和规模效率进行全面评价,得出长三角船舶工业目前主要存在产能过剩、企业经营管理水平较差等问题,并相应给出提升长三角船舶工业效率的几点思考。
It is the crucial moment that China is transformed from a big shipbuilding country to a strong shipbuilding nation, and the competition is very severe. Cost reduction and promotion of efficiency are becoming the important strategy. It is very important to enhance the shipbuilding industrial efficiency in the Yangtze River delta region, the most important shipbuilding industry base of China. In this paper the Yangtze River delta shipbuilding industrial efficiency is evaluated from the aspects of technology efficiency, pure technology efficiency and scale efficiency by means of data envelopment analysis. Through the evaluation, it is found that overcapacity and low management level are the main problems in Yangtze River Delta shipbuilding industry. Considerations about enhancing the Yangtze River Delta shipbuilding industrial efficiency are offered.
