摘要
介绍莱钢热处理炉过程控制系统,其基于拥有自主知识产权的过程控制开发平台,采用有限差分模型预报炉内钢板加热过程,实现了热处理计划管理、工艺参数设定、钢板温度跟踪、加热过程动态控制、生产数据统计等功能。
The process control system of Laiwu steel group based on process control develop platform of independent in- tellectual property is introduced. The process of plate heating is predicted by finite-difference model. This system achieve many functions such as heat treatment plan management, technological parameters setting, plate temperature tracking, heating process dynamic control and production data statistic etc.
