Design of Safety Protection Device of Hoisting Mechanism of Hoisting Machinery

设计一种起重机械安全生产保护装置。该装置能够记录起重机械制动器的制动过程,分析所记录的数据得出制动器的性能参数,实现起重机械生产过程中制动器实时数据的监测。同时该装置还可实现起升电动机温度检测和起升速度的监测,能够对事故起到早期预警和制止事故发生的作用,从而降低生产过程中起重机事故率。

A safety production device of hoisting mechanism is designed. The device can record braking process, analyze the recorded data and compute many performance parameters of brake in order to achieving real time data of brake during the lifting machinery production process. The device also can implement the temperature monitor of crane motor and hoisting speed monitor, which can do an early warning of the accident and reduce the accident rate.
