摘要
分析地理信息系统(GIS)的应用及其各种开发工具的特点,结合电网分层分区思想,提出将基于地理信息系统平台的数据管理系统应用到分层分区的电网数据管理中。采用模块化软件设计思想,设计一套基于GIS平台的电网数据分层分区管理系统,实现了空间上的电网数据分层分区管理,提高了数据管理的直观性。
Application of GIS in power system and its development tools are analyzed. With the electric network volt- age-grading & district-dividing idea, it put forward a method which applies data management system based on GIS to manage electric network voltage-grading & district-dividing data. A kind of electric network voltage-grading & district-dividing data management is designed with modular programming method. The management system realizes electric network data manage- ment geographically and improves the visualization.
