Dual Variation of System and Culture:Interaction and Development——A Discussion on the Efficacy of Political Participation of People's Livelihood

随着我国社会主义市场经济体制的建立,深化政治体制改革,促进政治制度有效运行显得更为重要。为此,必须加快政治文化的转型,而政治文化转型的众多途径中,民生政治参与最具有现实意义。本文提出,以民生政治参与为突破口,推动中国政治文化的转型和发展,不失为深化中国政治体制改革的一条择优路径。

With the establishment of the socialist market economy in China,the advancing of political system and promoting political system to manipulate effectively becomes more and more pressing.For this purpose,it is required to accelerate the changing of mode of the political culture;and of the myriad of channels of political culture＇s mode-changing,the political participation of the people＇s livelihood is of the highest realistic significance.This paper thinks that to promote the change of mode and development of China＇s political culture,with the political participation of people＇s livelihood as a breakthrough,is after all a good option to advance the renovation of China＇s political system.
