我国节能减排政策执行阻滞及其消解对策研究——基于博弈论视角的分析

为了实现经济增长方式的转变、积极应对国际发展趋势,我国制定了一系列节能减排政策,但是在政策执行过程中出现了种种阻滞现象。本文从博弈论的视角,分析了造成政策执行阻滞的原因,提出了促进节能减排政策执行的对策。

In order to transform the economic growth pattern,and actively respond to international trends,China has developed a series of energy saving and pollution reduction policies.But in the process of policy implementation there have been various blocks.In light of game theory,this paper attempts to analyze the factors that account for the barriers standing in the way of policy implementation,and to propose counter measures to promote the implementation of energy-saving and pollution reduction policies.
