不同剂量阿托伐他汀对冠心病患者血脂水平、白介素-6及肿瘤坏死因子-α的影响

The effect of different doses of atorvastatin on blood lipids,IL-6 and TNF-α levels in patients with coronary heart disease

目的探讨不同剂量阿托伐他汀对冠心病患者血脂水平、白介素-6及肿瘤坏死因子-α的影响。方法 2008年1月-2010年8月我院心内科收治的冠心病85例随机分为观察组(42例)和对照组(43例),在常规治疗的基础上,观察组应用阿托伐他汀40mg,对照组应用阿托伐他汀10mg,治疗周期3个月。分别于治疗前后检测并比较总胆固醇、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、白介素-6及肿瘤坏死因子-α水平。结果①治疗后,观察组低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、总胆固醇及三酰甘油分别为(2.86±1.02)mmol/L、(1.17±0.58)mmol/L、(4.43±1.15)mmol/L及(1.53±0.54)mmol/L,与治疗前相比均有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、总胆固醇及三酰甘油水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。②观察组治疗后白介素-6及肿瘤坏死因子-α水平分别为(33.96±12.37)ng/L、(23.86±12.86)ng/L,明显低于治疗前(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组白介素-6及肿瘤坏死因子-α水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论大剂量阿托伐他汀能明显降低冠心病患者血脂、白介素-6及肿瘤坏死因子-α水平,具有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective To investigate the effect of different doses of atorvastatin on lipid、IL-6 and TNF-α levels in patients with coronary heart disease.Methods Eighteen five patients with coronary heart disease were chosen from Jan,2008 to Aug,2010,they were randomly divided into two groups.In addition to the conventional treatment,the observation group were treated with atorvastatin 40 mg,while the control group patients were treated with atorvastatin 10 mg,for 3-month.The TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C,IL-6 and TNF-α levels before and after treatment were tested and compared.Results ①After treatment,the LDL-C,HDL-C,TC and TG level of the observation group were（2.86±1.02） mmol/L,（1.17±0.58） mmol/L,（4.43±1.15） mmol/L and（1.53±0.54） mmol/L,there was significant difference compared with before（P 0.05）.The LDL-C,TC and TG levels were significantly lower than the control group（P0.05）.②After treatment,IL-6 and TNF-α levels were（33.96±12.37） ng/L,（23.86±12.86） ng/L,significantly lower than before（P0.05）.The IL-6 and the observation group TNF-α levels were significantly lower than the control group（P0.05）.There were no significant difference between the incidence of adverse reactions（P0.05）.Conclusion High-dose atorvastatin can significantly reduce blood lipids,IL-6 and TNF-α levels of patients with coronary heart disease,which is of high clinical value.
