幽门螺杆菌感染与功能性胃肠疾病的关系

The research of correlation between the helicobacter pylori infection and functional gastrointestinal disease

目的探讨幽门螺杆菌感染与功能性胃肠疾病关系及其相关影响因素。方法选取2008年9月在我院进行体检的符合功能性胃肠疾病诊断[1-2]的373例,行14 C尿素呼气试验检查,根据结果分为幽门螺杆菌阳性组173例、阴性组200例。对比分析两组功能性消化不良、肠易激综合征、功能性腹胀、功能性便秘及胆囊功能紊乱的患病率。结果阳性组中功能性消化不良与功能性腹胀患病率明显高于阴性组(P<0.05),而其他功能性胃肠疾病在两组中的患病率无统计学意义。结论幽门螺杆菌感染与功能性胃肠疾病中的功能性消化不良及功能性腹胀有关,临床上应加以重视。

Objective To investigate the correlation between the helicobacter pylori（HP） infection and functional gastrointestinal disease and the related factors.Methods Three hundred seventy and three cases with confirmed diagnosis of the functional gastromtestmal disorders were divided into 173 cases HP bylori infection group and 200 cases of non-HP pylori infection group 200 cases through the 14C urea breath test.Results The ratio of functional dyspepsia and functional abdominal bloating in functional gastrointestinal diseases with HP infection was obvionsly higher than the ratio without HP infection（P0.05）.While the incidence of the other functional gastrointestinal disorders in the two groups was of no significant statistical difference.Conclusion HP infection has correlation with the functional gastrointestinal disorders,and especially with functional dyspepsia.Attention should be paid.
