"Dialogic" Management:The Implication of Communication Theory on Student Management in China's Higher Institutions

从哈贝马斯交流理论的角度指出目前高校学生管理的困境在于西方文明中的科学化、理性化成分对于高校学生管理的过度延伸。因此,应借鉴哈贝马斯的交流理论重新把人的因素引入高校学生管理过程,将"对话"管理作为理性管理的有效补充。对话管理主要包括直接对话、书面对话和网络及手机短信对话三种形式。

The article, taking Habermas＇ communication theory of the student management in China＇ s higher institutions results as its mostly departure point, reveals that the present paradox from the over - extension of scientization and rationalization into management field. It is advisable, therefore, to include the elements of ＂human＂, as Habermas suggested, into student management and take ＂dialogic＂ management as a supplement to rationalized management. The ＂ dia- logic＂ management consists of face- to- face communication, written communication, internet communication and phone message communication, etc.
