摘要
近年来我国旅游业蓬勃发展,旅游消费成为我国支柱产业之一。旅游工艺品设计专业在这样的时代大背景下蓬勃发展,成为各个高校较热门专业之一。然而相关设计专业毕业生与现代旅游工艺品设计领域所需要的实际人才存在着一定的能力差距,这主要由于人才培养模式不够合理,师资力量薄弱,缺乏先进的专业实训室,同时与相关企业缺少真正意义上的合作,缺少对现代旅游市场的洞悉能力等,针对这些问题,提出了相关的建议与设想。
The tourism of China has been booming in recent years, which makes the tourism consumption one of the pillar industries and the tourism artwork product design a popular major in higher vocational colleges. Yet there is a gap between the competency of the graduates from related major and the demands of the market, mainly due to the following drawbacks: 1. the training mode of the talent is not suitable; 2. taculty, facilities and sense of cooperation with related enterprises are insufficient. Aiming to the above drawbacks, this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures.
