利用历年财政科技投入的相关数据,综合分析了福建省财政科技投入的现状,分析了当前存在财政科技投入强度下降、增长速度相对滞后、地区差异显著、科技服务能力较弱和科技人才总量不足且增长相对缓慢等问题,并提出优化政府财政科技投入工作和提升科技投入绩效的政策建议。

There exist some problems in Fujian financial expenditure on science and technology.
