摘要
针对天然气产销厂采气站、净化站和输气站的计量系统遭受雷击破坏的情况,分析了问题产生的原因,根据天然气计量系统的特点,综合多方面的影响因素,提出了整体设计、综合治理、系统实施原则和有效拦截、良好屏蔽、平衡连接、合理接地、堵截通道、全面防御的防雷技术方法。通过一系列整改措施的实施,计量系统得到了很好的保护,安全运行2年多未受影响,能够在雷雨天气平稳运行。
Focusing on the situation of metering system suffered from lighting in the gas-pumping stations, purification stations and gas stations of natural gas production and marketing plant, the causes were analyzed. According to the characteristics of natural gas metering systems, considering the comprehensive effeeting factors, the prineiples of overall design, comprehensive management, and systemic implementation were proposed, as well as the lightning proteclion methods of effective interception, good shielding, balanced connection, reasonable ground, intercept channel, and comprehensive defense. The metering system has been well protected with a series of corrective measures. It operated safely for more than two years without any impact, with the capacity of running smoothly during a lightning storm.
