大城市郊区农民城市化意愿的研究——基于西安市灞桥区两村庄的调查分析

Study on Farmer’s Urbanization Will in Suburb of Big City——ASurvey andAnalysis of Two Villages in Baqiao District,Xi’an City

通过对西安市灞桥区两村庄进行问卷调查,分析大城市郊区农民城市化的意愿。调查得出如下结论:大城市郊区农业经济衰落,农民收入低,向往城市生活;农业劳动力外出打工比例不高,半数愿望不强,主要担心在城市工作的收入不高、社会保障不完善;重视自己的土地权利,对国家的土地政策和农转非政策了解不够。最后提出了促进大城市郊区农村城市化的对策。

This paper selects two villages in Baqiao District, Xi＇ an City, to investigate and analyae the farmer＇ s urbanization willingness. From the survey, the following conclusions are made： the agricultural economy is declining; farmer＇ s income is low; most farmers are longing for city life; a half of agriculture labor＇ s desire to be migrant workers is weak mainly for the reason of worrying about low salary and lacking of social security; worry about their land rights; not familiar with the government＇ s policy of land and migrant worker. Finally, the measures to promote urbanization are proposed.
