An Enlightenment of "Entropy" on Resource-based Cities' Development of Low-carbon Economy

资源型城市在发展过程中会造成当地生态环境的恶化。在考察资源开采、利用对资源型城市造成的主要生态环境问题的基础上,基于"熵"理论,提出资源型城市实现低碳发展的对策。

The development of resource-based cities will encounter ecological environment deterioration. The reasonable way to achieve the sustainable development for resource-based cities was proposed based on ＂ Entropy＂ theory through investigating the eclogical environment problems.
