摘要
研究了2龄施氏鲟(Acipenser schrenckii Brandt)商品鱼在静水池塘养殖条件下的生长。结果显示:平均全长40.36cm、平均体重186.29g的施氏鲟经过60d的土质静水池塘培育,全长增长71.04%,体重增长568.54%。体重与全长呈幂函数关系,关系式为W=0.0015L3.2208,R2=0.9662。体重日增长量、相对增长率、全长生长常数、生长指标呈先上升后下降的趋势,于试验20-40d达到最高。肥满度为0.2834~0.3927。特定生长率的变化与水温关系不密切,生长离散变化不明显。
The growth of 2-year-old commercial juvenile Acipenser schrenckii in pond-culture were studied.The results showed that the juveniles' mean total length which was 40.36cm and body weight which was 186.29g increased by 71.04% and 568.54% respectively after 60 days rearing.There was a power function relationship: W=0.0015L3.2208,R2=0.9662,between body weight and total length.The daily increasing weight,RIR,GC and GT of juveniles increased first,and reached the maxmium between 20 days and 40 days after the experiment starting,and then decreased.K ranged from 0.2834 to 0.3927.The SGR was unrelated with water temperature.The body weight and total length CV had no significantly change.
