2005～2009年丰城市传染病疫情网络直报质量评价

Evaluation on the Information Quality of Direct Network Report of Infectious Diseases in Fengcheng City from 2005 to 2009

目的:评价2005～2009年丰城市传染病疫情网络直报质量,提高疫情报告的及时性、敏感性和准确性。方法:通过《疾病监测信息报告管理系统》获取丰城市报告的所有法定传染病卡,导出数据进行统计分析。结果:2005-2009年共报告传染病14018例,及时报告率从39.70%上升到100%,及时审核率从80.04%上升到100%;县级医疗机构除2005年外均实现了直报,乡镇卫生院直报率从87.10%上升到100%。综合医院为主要报告单位,占55.27%;传染病诊断到报告分别为1.44d、1.36d、0.70d、0.60d、0.21d;报告到审核分别为0.21d、0.07d、0.06d、0.03d、0.07d。结论:丰城市网络直报工作逐步完善,总体运行良好,报告率和审核率都有了显著提高。诊断到报告时间是影响报告及时性的主要因素。应对传染病疫情报告质量进行定期评价,分析影响报告质量的关键因素,及时发现网络直报管理中存在的问题,以指导今后疫情报告工作。

Objective： This study was conducted to evaluate the information quality of direct network report of infectious diseases from 2005 to 2009 in Fengcheng City and improve the timeliness, sensitivity and veracity of the case report. Methods： Report cards of the all notlfiable infectious diseases in Fengcheng City were obtained from the subsystem - Information Management System of Disease Surveillance and Report . The Excel database was derived from the system and was treated and statistically analyze＆ Results ： A total 14018 cases of infectious diseases were reported from 2005 to 2009. The timely - reporting rate of infectious disease increased from 39.70% to 100%3.25, the timely - examining rate increased from 80. 04% to 100%. The direct report rate covered all the hospitals at county except 2005 and that from county＇ s health centers increased from 87. 10% to 100%. Report cards were mainly from general hospitals （55.27%） . From 2005 to 2009, the average report time of was 1.44d, 1.36d, 0. 70d, 0. 60d and 0. 21d respectively, from report to verification 0. 21d, 0. 07d, 0. 06d, 0. 03d and 0. 07d. Conclusion： Network reporting system in Fengcheng City is gradually improving and operating well overall. The timely - reporting rate and the timely - examining rate increased greatly. The time from diagnosis to report was the major factor that influences the report timeliness most. There should be regular quality evaluations of the direct network reporting and the analysis of the key parts that influence the report quality, so as to find out the problems in the management of direct reporting systems and direct the future work of the case report system.
