超前劈裂帷幕注浆在隧道涌水涌碴处理中的应用

Curtain Grouting ahead of the Tunnel Splitting in Gushing Ballast Treatment

介绍吉林援建垭口山隧道施工过程中涌水涌碴形成原因,采用超前劈裂帷幕注浆治理涌水涌碴方案的原理、设计参数及在定位、钻孔、注浆等施工工艺和质量控制方面的具体要求,列举了施工过程中出现塌孔、返水量较大、注浆量大且泵压不上升及漏水点补救等不同情况的处理方法,总结了超前劈裂围幕注浆的施工条件、关键工艺及施工后的效果.

This paper makes a brief presentation on the reasons why ballast has been formed during the process of reconstruction of Yakou mountain tunnel by Jilin province.It introduces the principles of dealing with ballast by split curtain grouting beforehand,and introduces the techniques and the requirements for quality control concerning the design parameters,positioning,drilling and grouting.A list of solutions has been made to dealing with such problems as hole collapse,a large amount of return water,a large quantity of grouting without increasing the pump pressure and leaking remedies.It also summarizes the construction conditions of split curtain grouting beforehand,key techniques and the effectiveness after construction.
