On the Green Trade Barrier and Its Effect to the International Trade

近年来，随着环保问题日益被人们所重视，在国际贸易领域也引入了一系列环保措施，产生了被称之为“绿色贸易壁垒”的现象，使国与国之间的贸易往来蒙上了一层贸易保护主义的阴影。如何打破这种贸易壁垒，促进商品生产更加符合环保要求，使我国的出口商品被更多的国家所认可，这些问题应当引起理论界和生产厂家的关注。

In recent years, a series of environment protection measures are introduced into the international trade field, which generates a phenomenon known as 'the green trade barrier' because of the environment protection problems taken seriously by the people. This creates a shedow for trade protectionism in the trade contracts among the countries in the world. How to break through this trade barrier, how to promote commodities production to meet the needs of the environment protection and make our exports be accepted by more and more countries should therepore be considered by the theoretical circles and producers.
