闭胸无血预充兔体外循环模型的建立 被引量:2

摘要 目的探索建立兔无血预充体外循环术后成活模型的实验方法。方法实验动物为12只纯种新西兰大白兔,经颈动、静脉插管,无血预充,建立体外循环模型,术后成活饲养。结果术中及术后监测显示血红蛋白偏低,动脉血气多数偏酸,血压在正常范围。1只兔体外循环过程中因急性左心衰死亡,其余11只均成功建立体外循环并在术后成活饲养24h。结论闭胸兔体外循环术后成活模型建立简便可行。
