从大学生心理健康教育到生命教育的省思

The Reflection on the Life Education from the Perspective of Mental Health Education

目前高校的心理健康教育工作已经取得了一定成效。但大学生漠视生命、否定生命的现象对心理健康教育提出了挑战。以心理健康教育已有的成果为基础和平台,实现心理健康教育与生命教育融合成为促进大学生健康发展的必经之路。二者有机结合可以通过以下途径:加强心理辅导和心理健康教育;将生命教育内容融入到心理健康教育中;积极开展心理咨询,解决大学生生命困扰;将生命教育渗透到团体心理辅导中。

Some achievements in the mental health education have been made at colleges now.However,the phenomenon of students＇ ignorance of life poses challenges to mental health education.The mental health education can be implemented on the basis of previous achievements.The mental health education and the life education can be combined to help the healthy development of students.Combination of the two can also be achieved through strengthening psychological counseling and the mental health education.The life education should be involved in the mental health education.Furthermore,psychological counseling is advised to solve problems faced by students in trouble,and the life education should be applied in group psychological counseling.
