摘要
目的探讨血清中抵抗素水平和乳管扩张症相关性。方法正常对照组30例和乳管扩张症患者40例,常规抽取空腹静脉血检测其血糖、血脂、抵抗素及测量体重等指数。结果与正常对照组相比,乳管扩张症患者,抵抗素水平升高(p<0.05)。结论在乳管扩张症患者中,抵抗素水平升高,与体重指数升高呈正相关。
Objective To investigate the relativity of serum resistin levels and duct ectasia.Methods Normal control group30 cases and 40 patients with duct ectasia were enrolled,normal fasting blood test their blood sugar,blood lipids,such as resistin and body mass index measurement. Results Compared with normal control group,patients with duct ectasia have higher resistin levels（p0.05）. Conclusion In duct ectasia patients,resistin levels increased and positively correlated with elevated body mass index.
