摘要
目的观察醒脑静联合依达拉奉治疗急性脑出血的临床疗效。方法 95例急性脑出血患者随机分为两组,治疗组(n=50)采用醒脑静联合依达拉奉治疗,对照组(n=45)采用醒脑静治疗,两组疗程均为14 d,比较2组治疗总有效率及神经功能缺失评分。结果治疗组总有效率86.0%,对照组总有效率71.1%,两组比较有显著性差异(p<0.05);治疗组治疗后神经功能缺失评分明显低于对照组(p<0.05)。结论醒脑静联合依达拉奉治疗急性脑出血疗效显著,安全可靠,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Xingnaojing combined with edaravone in the treatment of acute cerebral hemorrhage. Methods 95 patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group（n=50） were treated by Xingnaojing combined with edaravone,while the control group（n=45） were only treated with Xingnaojing.The treatment duration lasted 14 days for both groups.The total effective rates and neurological deficit score were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment group（86.0%） was significantly better than that of control group（71.1%）（p0.05）;The neurological deficit score of treatment group was significantly lower than that of control group after treatment（p0.05）. Conclusion The treatment of Xingnaojing combined with edaravone has a good treatment effect on acute cerebral hemorrhage,safe and reliable.It is worthy of clinical application.
