摘要
目的探讨微型钛板内固定治疗掌指骨骨折的疗效。方法回顾性分析我院2008年1月～2010年1月采用微型钛板治疗掌指骨骨折并取得随访的28例患者共37处骨折,术后早期功能锻炼。结果随访8～19个月,所有骨折均骨性愈合,手指功能按照TAM评定标准,优13例,良10例,可4例,差1例。结论微型钛板内固定为掌指骨骨折提供了牢固的固定,可早期功能锻炼,有利于手功能恢复,是一种治疗掌指骨骨折理想的方法。
Objective To study the curative effect of titanic micro-plates internal fixation on Metacarpal and Phalangeal fracture. Methods The clinical records of 28 patients37 Metacarpal and Phalangeal fractures treating with titanic micro-plates and following up from January 2008 to January 2010 were analyzed.Functional training has done at early stage. Results All the patients were followed up from 8 to 19 months,all cases obtained bone union.According to the TAM evaluation system,excellent in 13 cases,good in 10,passable in 4 and poor in 1. Conclusion Internal fixation with titanic micro-plates provides securely fixation to Metacarpal and Phalangeal fracture is good for functional training at early stage,is good for functional recovery.It＇s an ideal way of treating Metacarpal and Phalangeal fracture.
